Join the 39 shareholders, including 19 physicians, who are building Sahel International Hospital: a private hospital already under construction in Ngaoundéré, with opening planned for November 2027.
Source: SHG S.A. Business Plan, February 2026. The financial projections presented are based on internal assumptions and have not been audited by an independent firm. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Fixed exchange rate: 1 EUR = 655.957 FCFA.
The primary catchment area has 8.4 million inhabitants (Adamawa, North, Far North), with fewer than one bed per 1,000 people (WHO norm: 3) and no equipped private clinic closer than Yaoundé or Douala, 600 km away. Around it, a clientele already looking for care elsewhere: southern Cameroon, Chad, northern Nigeria and the Central African Republic. In all, with the neighboring countries, the wider regional basin exceeds 128 million people (details below). The projections count only the 8.4 million of northern Cameroon: this wider basin, neighboring countries included, is additional potential, not included.
Phase 1: revenue from 1.9Bn to 6.5Bn FCFA over 8 years. EBITDA margin from 30.5% (Y1) to 51.9% (Y8), conservative scenario.
No comparable technical platform within 600 km: 32-slice CT scanner, 3-room surgical block, arthroscopy, lithotripter. 19 specialist physicians as shareholders — aligned incentives and a non-zero day-1 patient base.
Phase 1: cumulative 8-year net income of 4.9× the equity invested (conservative) to ~13× (reference scenario). Cumulative 8-year FCF: 8.6Bn FCFA. Once the debt is repaid: 100% of cash flows available for dividends or Phase 2 expansion. Shareholder agreement: tag-along, drag-along, veto rights on expenditures.

Still to be obtained before operations begin: the opening license, issued once the premises are found compliant.
The primary basin is northern Cameroon, the only part counted in the projections. The neighboring countries are additional potential, not included.
Sources: United Nations, World Population Prospects 2024 (Chad and Central African Republic: 2026 projections; Cameroon: about 30 million in total); MINSANTE 2024 health map for northern Cameroon. For northern Nigeria, estimates for the North-West and North-East zones range from 75 to 88 million depending on the source (no census since 2006): 70 million is used as a prudent figure.

Phase 2 figures are indicative: they will be finalized before any investment decision on that phase, and the capital required for Phase 2 will be announced in due course. The key figures further down concern Phase 1 only.
