This site collects no health data and holds no patient records: the facility is not yet open.

2.2 Document requests (investors and banking partners)
Name, email address, telephone, country, intended investment range, role, institution and the document requested.
2.3 Newsletter
Email address, chosen interest and language. Sign-up uses double opt-in: a message is sent to you and the subscription only takes effect once you confirm.
2.4 Shareholder portal
Name, email address, telephone, country, password hash, two-factor authentication settings, sign-in timestamps and IP address for sensitive operations.
3. Recipients and processors
- Hosting — server located in Germany.
- Email delivery — Brevo, established in France.
No data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.
4. Transfers outside Cameroon
As the infrastructure is located in Germany, your data is processed outside Cameroonian territory.
5. Cookies
This site sets a single cookie, shg-consent,
recording your cookie choice. It is strictly necessary for the banner to work and
is not shared with any third party.
No advertising tracker or analytics tool is currently installed.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Passwords are hashed and never stored in clear text. Two-factor secrets are encrypted at rest. Portal access is logged and accounts lock after repeated failed sign-ins. The database is not reachable from the internet.
